STEP 2
NUTRITIONAL EVALUATION

SCHEDULED FITNESS PROGRAM

All the valuable inputs derived from screening and assessment will be recorded. A well planned fitness protocol will be charted out based on your fitness needs & fitness essentials for you to follow.
